We will also implement reasonable security measures—both physical and electronic—to protect personal information against unauthorised access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. When no longer needed, personal information will be securely de-identified or destroyed.
Individuals may request access to, or correction of, their personal information held by OC One. We will respond to such requests in a timely manner, verify the requester’s identity, and ensure confidentiality during the process.

OC One will maintain a current and accessible Privacy Policy, incorporate privacy considerations into internal governance, and remain responsive to privacy inquiries and complaints.
We will also stay informed of legislative changes—such as recent reforms strengthening regulatory enforcement and privacy rights in Australia.
