The Building Manager typically oversees daily operations, coordinates contractors, manages access and security, and acts as the on- site point of accountability. OC One complements this role by providing administrative, financial, and secretarial oversight, ensuring decisions are properly documented, budgets are controlled, and committee directives are implemented effectively.
